CRAFT BEER BROWN IPA
Brown IPA style high fermentation craft beer, with 7º alcohol and 50 IBUS.
With a dark chocolate look, nice beige foam retention. Made with 4 different barley malts, 1 kind of wheat malt, oat flakes, 2 kinds of hops, water, brewer’s yeast and a hint of insanity.
Floral, spicy and citrus aromas and flavors with a chocolate, caramel and tofee aftertaste.
Maris Otter, Carapils, Crystal 150, Caramel Wheat, Chocolate
Consume preferably between 8 and 12ºC
Gouda and gorgonzola cheese, dry fruits (specially pistachio). Very suitable for deserts and what follows. Chocolate cake or coulant, carrot cake. Cookies and Nougat. All kinds of fruits.
This is a living beer made according to the traditional method, without additives or preservatives, without filtering or pasteurizing, and with a lot of love.
When making the second fermentation in the bottle, natural sediments may remain. That’s why we recommend to keep it in a vertical position. To preserve all the aromas try to store it in temperatures below 15º.
