American Pale Ale high fermentation craft beer, with 5’5º alcohol and 30 IBUS of bitterness.
Clear appearance, with an amber tone and good white foam retention. Elaborated with:
- 4 types of American hops
- 4 different kinds of barley malt
- oat flakes
- water
- brewer’s yeast
Floral, citrus and fruit flavors. Citrus and tropical fruit aromas.

Storage
Since the second fermentation happens in the bottle, some natural sediments may remain, so we recommend storing it in a vertical position. To preserve all the aromas, try to store it at a temperature below 15º.


Food products
Intense meals with strong and spicy tones, such as Mexican, Indian or Moroccan food, also works with sushi (especially wasabi) and grilled meats.
Also recommended for bitter vegetables such as artichoke and asparagus and fish with pronounced flavors like smoked salmon or anchovies.
