How we handle shipments
La Lenta handles the delivery of your order at www.lalenta.beer within 24 to 72 working hours from the moment of the purchase. In case of non-compliance with this deadline, contact us using the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
The shipping is always sent to the address provided in the order. This shipping address can be different to the billing address.
The shipping cost is automatically calculated in the previous step to paying the order.
For destinations or orders different to the ones included in the program, send an e-mail to email@example.com explaining the type of order you need and destination, so we can inform you about the shipping costs and availability.
Can I cancel my order?
La Lenta allows the users to cancel the purchase in this site, as long as the order hasn’t left lalenta.beer warehouse. Once the order is in hands of the carrier company and has left the premises of lalenta.beer, the order cannot be canceled and the user must return the product exercising their right of withdrawal from the purchase within a maximum period of 7 business days.
The cancellation of the purchase can only be effected contacting La Lenta at the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 654980344 during the customer servicesthe hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm).
Lalenta.beer highly recommends you not to accept any delivery in bad conditions (opened case, broken, wet, etc). If you detect that the package is not in optimal conditions, the carrier company will inform us of the incidence and from lalenta.beer you’ll get a new order back.
If in spite of everything, when opening the package you realize that your order has not arrived in optimal conditions, contact us to the e-mail email@example.com.
Return of defective products
In the event that the user considers a product to be defective when delivered, the user shall contact La Lenta at the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Likewise, La Lenta guarantees to the user the repair of the product, its replacement, reduction of its price or resolution of the contract of sale, procedures that will be free for the user. La Lenta will respond of the lacks of conformity that manifest in a maximum term of 2 years from the delivery of the product. The user, for his part, must inform La Lenta of the lack of conformity within a period of less than 2 months since he became aware of it. In the case that the products can’t be replaced, the full amount paid for these products will be refunded.
Return derived from the exercise of the right of withdrawal
All the products purchased in lalenta.beer may be returned and refunded, provided that the user notifies us of the intention to return the product in a maximum period of 7 bussiness days from the date of delivery. La Lenta will only accept returns that meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in original condition, packaging and labeling.
- The shipment will be made with the same carton box in which the order was received. If it can’t be done with the original protective box, the user must make the return in a box that guarantees the protection of the content so that it reaches La Lenta in good condition.
- A copy of the invoice must be included inside the package, indicating the products returned and the reason for the return.
After reviewing the status of the returned items, La Lenta will communicate the user if he is entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the items purchased. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the user will only be required to pay the costs of returning the product.
The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the date that the user notified the intention to withdraw and using the same method of payment that the user chose at the time of placing the order.
